Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PointMe!, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers and service providers.

Platform Services

PointMe! provides a platform that connects customers with service providers. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not directly responsible for the quality of services provided.

  • We verify service providers but do not guarantee service quality
  • All bookings are agreements between customers and service providers
  • We facilitate secure payments through third-party processors

User Responsibilities

For Customers:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Treat service providers with respect
  • Cancel bookings according to policy

For Service Providers:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Deliver services as described
  • Maintain professional standards
  • Honor booking commitments

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through PayFast
  • Service providers receive payments after service completion
  • Platform commission is deducted from service provider payments
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges
  • Service providers must honor confirmed bookings
  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case by case

Limitation of Liability

PointMe! acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for disputes between customers and service providers, service quality issues, or damages arising from the use of our platform. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid.
